As planned, I took a wide variety of outfits. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get photos of all of them, but below are a couple of examples.
Sunglasses : Rayban
Silver hoops : Accessorize
Sequin vest : gifted
Nude lace body : Topshop
Black skinny jeans : M&S
Trainers : Charity shop (originally H&M)
Wellington boots : Cath Kidston
Black playsuit : Firetrap
Grey faux-leather bomber jacket : Lipsy
Glasses : Rayban
While at Reading, I did a little shopping around the markets. The Boy pointed out a vintage stall that didn't appear to be full of the usual unappealing festival wares - i.e. 80s Adidas track suits and ropey old belts.
I found two fantastic tops that I'm really excited about, and have had a lot of fun wearing since. Super-bargain prices too... with my excellent haggling I got both for £25.
Not vintage, but 're-made'. The stall had lots of these upcycled tie-tops in different patterns and materials - mainly florals. This one's in a lovely silky texture and pretty pastel colours.
My new favourite jumper for winter. And it's going to have to get pretty cold for me to be comfortable wandering around the city in this bad boy! I love the gold threading and sweet little buttons.
That's it now for festival season this year. *sad face*
There's no doubt that Autumn and Winter will provide plenty of chances to party in kick-ass outfits though; for example the wedding I'm attending on Saturday.
