Why have silk when you can have Nylon?

Has the magazine ever used that line in an ad campaign? If not, I'm copyrighting it here and now. So if you spot it, remember it's mine!

Nylon is one of my regular fashion press purchases. The others that I have a particular fondness for are iD, Dazed & Confused, and more recently Vogue

Of course, I used to be addicted to The Face, but sadly... well, we know how that turned out. I'm sorry, I think it best if I just... change the subject! *sobs*

I finally got the chance to sit down with the April issue of Nylon this afternoon (click on images to enlarge).

Soft and lacy, pastel and nude, satin and pearly. And bunnies, bunnies, bunnies!
With items from (amongst others): 3.1 Phillip Lim, Diesel, Topshop, Calvin Klein collection, Marc Jacobs, and Reiss.

Spiders. Not so nice. But I appreciate the layering potential from this urban collection.
With items from (amongst others): Topshop, Calvin Klein underwear, Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci, Alexander Wang, and Diesel Black Gold.

Whimsical headgear from Trend les Copains, Anna Sui, Antonio Marras, Isaac Mizrahi New York, John Galliano, Vivienne Westwood Red Label, Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci, Jean-Charles De Castelbajac, and Albertus Swanepoel for Alexander Wang.
Try typing those bad boys out when you're three sheets to the wind! (Which I'm not by the way, which is why I could type them) *furiously double-checks all spellings*

In case you can't read that on the left hand side: 'Millinery master Eugenia Kim crafts a DIY hat that shields from unwanted glances and the sun's rays alike'.
A handy lesson and something I'll be trying out on a wide-brimmed straw hat that I bought in Mexico last year, and which needs a peppy scarf. I have the perfect blue silky one with red musical notes all over it, from Dreamtime on Camden Passage, N1.

Not only does Nylon reference the 1980s CLASSIC 'Honey, I Shrunk The Kids', but it dedicates a whole fashion feature to it! The lead girl's wardrobe of hot-pink stretch pants and rugby polos, plus the killer ants, apparently influenced collections from DSquared2, Alexander Wang, and Yarborough.

Zoe Saldana sounds like my kinda girl.

This editorial almost made me happy that the April showers appear to be back in London.
With items from (amongst others): Topshop, Zac Posen for Target, and Jimmy Choo.

Which are your favourite magazines?

Bunny x
