Last Friday was forgetful Friday

When I wrote my St George's Day post on Friday, I neglected to include this top from bibico.

Of course it fits into the red and white theme perfectly. But I was so preoccupied with the new items I had found, that I forgot all about it.

The sailor tee has been sitting on my covet list for a while, as I think it would be adorable for spring and summer.

I really like tops with these horizontal stripes for a hint of nautical chic. The slash neckline on this t-shirt would be flattering, and the gold and red button detailing is really sweet - adding a little interest to an otherwise simple piece.

A bit about bibico:

Understanding that the frocks we wear impact on the world in more ways than just how delightful we look, Spanish designer Nieves Ruiz decided to start an ethical fashion label that doesn’t skimp on style.
Her easy-to-wear designs will have you looking gorgeous in casual-chic pieces that are perfect for picnics in the park and wintery strolls. The garments feature hand-woven prints, embroidery and artfully crafted knitwear pieces that showcase the traditional skills of her producers.

I have one
striped t-shirt by bibico already, and it's one of my favourites. I'd love to add this to my wardrobe.
